ketoダイエット。食い過ぎて太る巻

彼氏の親がケト•ダイエットでめちゃくちゃ痩せたので私も試してみたくなった。

ちなみにケト•ダイエットとは、十分な量のタンパク質と、大量の脂肪を摂取し、炭水化物を可能な限り避ける食事療法の一種である。
